FOYÜ is a personal styling service that delivers personalised style guides to customers in India. These Terms govern your use of our website (foyustyling.in) and any services we provide, including style guides delivered via email or any other digital format.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FOYÜ's services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
FOYÜ provides personalised style guides. Each guide is custom-built by a human stylist based on the profile information you submit. The guide includes:
Style guides are delivered in digital format to the email address provided in your profile. FOYÜ does not guarantee that all recommended products will be in stock or available at the stated price at the time you choose to purchase them. Prices and availability are subject to change by the respective retailers.
FOYÜ does not sell or ship products. We are a styling service only. All purchases are made directly by you from the relevant retailers.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in your style profile. Inaccurate measurements or preferences may affect the quality of your guide. FOYÜ is not liable for recommendations that are a poor fit due to inaccurate profile information.
By uploading inspiration images, you confirm that you have the right to share those images with us and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant FOYÜ a limited licence to use those images solely for the purpose of building your style guide.
To build your style guide, we collect personal information you provide through the profile form, including lifestyle, occasion, and preference details.
We use this information solely to create your personalised style guide. Your profile is shared with your assigned stylist and with the third-party tools we use to operate the service.
By submitting your profile, you consent to your data being used for these purposes. If you would like your data removed at any time, or have any questions about how your data is handled, write to us at hello@foyustyling.in and we will action your request promptly.
Your style guide is created for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share the guide commercially without FOYÜ's written permission. Personal sharing (e.g. sharing your guide with a family member or friend) is permitted.
All FOYÜ brand assets, website content, and guide templates remain the intellectual property of FOYÜ.
FOYÜ earns one fee per guide: yours. We do not earn affiliate commissions from brands recommended in your paid personalised guide.
FOYÜ may earn affiliate income from free sample guides and promotional content published on social media. If an affiliated brand is ever recommended in a paid guide, a clear disclosure will be shown within the guide.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FOYÜ's total liability for any claim arising from or related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant guide.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or FOYÜ's services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by emailing hello@foyustyling.in. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
