FOYÜ is a personal styling service that delivers complete, shoppable style guides built around real people and real lives. We are looking for talented stylists to join our founding team.
What the role involves
You will work with customers across different body types, lifestyles, budgets, and style starting points. For each customer, you will build a complete style guide: selecting specific pieces, sourcing shop links, writing fit notes, and explaining why each look works for that person specifically.
The work is fully remote and asynchronous. There are no client calls, no appointments, and no fixed hours. You work from a detailed customer profile and deliver a guide when it is ready. Quality and attention to detail matter more than speed.
This is an opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up. The stylists who join now will shape how FOYÜ works, what the guides look and feel like, and how we grow.
What we are looking for
Styling judgment
You can put together complete, cohesive looks for real occasions, not just aesthetically pleasing mood boards. You understand how pieces work together and why.
Fit awareness
You understand how garments fit different body types and can flag where off-the-rack sizing commonly needs tailoring. You can write clear, practical fit guidance.
Indian market knowledge
You know where to source quality pieces online in India across a range of budgets, from accessible to premium. You are familiar with the major platforms and brands.
Range across clients
Experience working with clients from different backgrounds, body types, occasions, and style preferences is strongly valued. The ability to set aside personal taste and serve the brief is essential.
Attention to detail
Each guide is a complete document: every piece named, priced, and linked. You take pride in getting the details right before the work leaves your hands.
Clear written communication
The guide is a written document. You can articulate why a look works for a specific person in plain, warm, non-generic language. No jargon, no filler.
A degree in fashion design, styling, or a related field is appreciated. So is 2 to 3 years of industry experience working with clients. If you have both, even better.
